Position Title: Aerospace Quality Inspector
Shift Hours: First or Second Shift
The Quality Inspector must be able to read and understand all relevant technical data such as Operation Sheets, drawings and Inspection Method Sheets. This individual must also have a excellent knowledge of gaging systems, measurement techniques, geometric dimensioning / tolerancing and pertinent computer software. Strong interpersonal, technical and organizational skills are required.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of precision machined components in accordance with
Customer drawings, operation sheets, inspection method sheets and travelers.
• Assure proper signoffs of all travelers.
• Assemble and check all gaging required for production use.
• Maintain neat, accurate quality records
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as required.
