OPERATIONS ANALYST

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The Operations Analyst must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and JobBOSS® software. In addition, Operations Analyst must possess excellent mathematic, interpersonal and organizational skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform monthly labor hours / cost calculations for all jobs shipped during that month.

• Perform monthly rework hours / work center / job / operation calculations.

• Perform monthly O/R Turn Around Time (TAT) calculations.

• Perform monthly OEM On Time Delivery calculations.

• Maintain inventory control of purchased parts.

• Assist manufacturing management in tracking work in process through the factory.

• Perform all other duties as required.
